Nearly nine in 10 organisations have reported a rise in grievances assisted by artificial intelligence, according to research cited in a report highlighted by Personnel Today.
The findings also indicate that almost all organisations do not yet have formal guidance for employees on using AI when preparing or submitting workplace complaints.
The trend is adding pressure on employers and HR teams to consider how AI-assisted grievances should be handled, particularly as employees increasingly use the technology to support workplace-related claims.
The report’s findings appear alongside wider employment and HR issues, including the need for diversity, equity and inclusion teams to address antisemitism, responses to trade union workplace access requests and the impact of changes to employment law.
